This week we’re starting a series on how to deal with anxiety and other symptoms associated with worry. Let’s begin with Philippians 4:6-7.
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
As you can see, God wants you to bring your fears, concerns, anxiety, and worry to Him. It’s through your decision to trust God that you will find relief and peace of mind.
Worry less, pray more, and be thankful.
