See how good and pleasant it is when brothers and sisters live together in harmony!
It is like fine, scented oil on the head, running down the beard—down Aaron’s beard—running over the collar of his robes.
It is like dew on Mount Hermon, dew which comes down on Zion’s mountains. That is where the Lord promised the blessing of eternal life.
As I sit here thinking about the reasons I started this newsletter, I’m reminded that (in part) I wanted to inject a little positivity into an increasingly hostile society.
One year ago (today), I published the first issue of Library66 with little fan-fair.
Everything Happens for a Reason landed in less than ten inboxes. I shared Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 with no context, no insights, just a scripture meant to remind me that there is a right time for everything.
And yes, it was intended as a personal reminder because I wasn’t sure if anyone else would read it. Fast forward to today, and readership is well beyond ten people, feedback and encouragement is a regular occurrence, and the need for this newsletter couldn’t be more urgent.
Not because I’m anyone exceptional, but because Gods wisdom is in high demand. It’s powerful, insightful, and always on-time.
As we move into year two of this newsletter, I hope to introduce new formats, more resources, and like-spirited people who simply want to fellowship, and live together, in harmony—like dew on Mount Hermon.
