I Refuse to Quit

Giving up should no longer be an option once you choose to walk with God. If you’re blessed to live long enough, you will inevitably have moments of doubt, and times when you want to give up or give in.

Philippians 4:13 is a reminder that all things are possible through Christ, who strengthens you.

Not some things, not easy things, but all things. And the best part is, you don’t have to rely on your strength or know-how to power-through those things. Everything/everyone you need to get through the impossible is walking right alongside you.

The truth is, everyone not named Jesus Christ has moments of doubt, but when you resist the temptation to distrust God’s promise to get you through, He will empower you to be more committed, more focused, and faithfully determined.

In closing, I’ll leave you with a few lyrics by, MC Hammer.

I don’t quit no! I just press harder than I ever did before, going for the dreams that I have in store, in my mind and I know that I’m making it, I gotta get mine, and nobody’s takin it away.” (Too Legit to Quit)
